Code of Conduct
Every LORQA member accepts this code before their profile goes live — it is part of the Terms of Service and it is what the Verified badge stands for. Conduct concerns are reviewed by the LORQA Conduct Committee (conduct@lorqa.estate); confirmed violations can suspend or revoke membership.
Respect, always
Treat every member, client, and platform user with respect and professionalism — in listings, messages, negotiations, and in public. Harassment or abuse of any kind has no place here.
No discrimination
No discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic — towards clients or colleagues. This is the founding promise of LORQA.
Accuracy and honesty
Profiles, credentials, and listings must be accurate and current. No false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; no misrepresenting who you are, what you are licensed to do, or the origin of a client introduction.
Valid credentials
Maintain valid professional credentials or licences for the markets you practise in, and tell LORQA when anything material changes. Verification is not a one-time event.
Client and member data
Use contact details and enquiries only for the purpose they were shared. No harvesting member data, no spam, no unsolicited marketing.
Lawful practice
Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering regulations, in every transaction you touch.
