LORQA Gives Back. 2% of all membership revenue is donated to LGBTQ+ organisations, every year, as a fixed commitment — not a campaign. Every membership funds the network, and 2% of it goes straight to LGBTQ+ organisations.
LORQA membership is a business-to-business professional service. All prices are quoted excluding VAT. Members in Spain are charged 21% IVA. Businesses elsewhere in the EU that supply a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the intra-community reverse-charge mechanism and account for VAT in their own country. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be LGBTQ+ to join?
No. LORQA welcomes allies who meet the same professional standard and commit to the same code of conduct. What we verify is professionalism and conduct, not identity.
What does "individually vetted" mean?
A human reviews every application: professional credentials or licence, track record, and references where relevant. There is no automatic approval.
When do I pay?
Only after approval. Applying is free and takes about five minutes.
What happens if my application is declined?
We tell you why, and nothing is charged. You may reapply after twelve months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your membership then runs to the end of the year you have paid for and simply does not renew — fees already paid are not refunded. Founding Members who cancel forfeit the locked €149/yr rate.
How is LORQA different from a property portal?
Portals sell listing space. LORQA is a vetted professional alliance that also lists your properties worldwide — community and reach together.
