La Levantina has the best views in Sitges, and this south-facing villa makes the most of them: the town, the marina and the open Mediterranean, straight ahead. Built in 1977 and partially renovated, the house is arranged over three floors. Main floor. A very open living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. A wooden panel in the living room hides a guest toilet. On the same floor there is a master bedroom and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The terrace runs along the front of the house, looking over Sitges and the sea. Upper floor. With its own independent access: a living room with open kitchen, a terrace, and a master bedroom with bathroom. It works as a separate apartment for guests, family or a home office. Lower floor. An open space pending renovation — it can become a second living room or more bedrooms — with a bathroom and storage. It opens directly onto the garden and the pool, both currently being finished. The garden will be Mediterranean. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, central heating, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and solar panels.
